Your Employees can make or break your business

Your employees affect your profit. Studies show that when customers decide not to come back to a business, 70% of the time it is because of the employees. Customers are looking for a positive, welcoming experience that inspires trust and encourages them to make a purchasing decision. When your employees rob them of the experience, they are effectively robbing you of revenue.

Joel thank you for your comment. It is amazing how many businesses leave employees to manage themselves and never find out what they are doing and wonder why they aren't making more money.

Great list! I especially agree with the orientation and mentoring for new employees. When I taught high school this was sorely lacking and employee productivity was way below what it could have been.
