Thanks Charles - you're right. Whether it's a business coach or golf coach, the coach is there to help you maximize your strengths and perform at your best. The best coaches, of course, help people - business owners, players, etc. - "teach themselves" how to improve. That's the beauty of having an outside perspective - a coach can see the little adjustments that will help you excel, but you're the one who will have to "teach yourself" to make those adjustments.
