Dave, Thanks for writing a great post. I think this can help any small business become stronger. It is important for small business owners to write their mission statement or to get their elevator speech down. Writing for a small business does not have to be hard you just have to start writing.

Dave encouraged me to look at your great site Charles, as a Visual person who loves green too, i appreciate the work you put in to it.

Here is my current Haiku for my massage business.

                      Restorative Massage

                      Squishing out the old

                     incoming! Healing fluids!

                            Equilibrium
